August 13, 2012 – Port Moody, BC, Canada: Current Corporation is pleased to support the Bal De La Mer in Monaco presented by the International SeaKeepers Society. The Society is awarding Agnès b., founder of Tara Expeditions, who has demonstrated a commitment to marine conservation through her ocean marine scientific research and advocacy missions.

The International SeaKeepers Society is an organization of leaders promoting synergy among citizens, governments, educational institutions and corporations to restore and protect the world’s oceans. The donation was made as part of Current Corporation’s commitment to environmental sustainability and stewardship.
