Current Scientific Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing floor operations and directly supervise production and assembly staff. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards, and supporting efficient production delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Two positions are available.
Wage:
- Wage $40.00 per hour
- Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week
- Wage: $83,200–$91,520 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of manufacturing and assembly staff
- Establish work methods, assign production and repair tasks according to schedules and priorities
- Co-ordinate work activities with engineering, quality, supply chain, and warehouse departments
- Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies for production operations
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
- Prepare production and other reports
- Conduct quality control and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality systems
Supervision:
Supervises 5–10 employees
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or technical production
- Hands-on experience leading production or assembly teams
- Strong understanding of quality control, safety, and production workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- English language proficiency required for communication, safety, and coordination.
